Sublease Apartment in Columbia, SC

I'm subleasing my apartment this summer from May to July 31st. My lease ends July 31st, but you have the option to takeover the lease completely. The apartment is 4BR/4BA. Everyone but one girl is moving out this summer. You would have your own room and bathroom. It comes furnished, but you would need to provide your own bedding, bathroom necessities, etc. The kitchen has stainless steal appliances, a lot of cabinet space, and granite countertops. There is a living room area with a couch, love seat, and coffee table. There is a washer and dryer included. It is located in downtown Columbia within walking distance to Publix, The Vista, and parts of USC campus. The complex comes with a pool, business center, a gym, and a movie theater.
